LOWELL (AP) - Three men have been arraigned for the July slaying of a Billerica man who was shot in the head during a home invasion.
Adam Bradley and Jason Estabrook, both of Lynn, and Peter Bin of Peabody, pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges including murder and are being held without bail.
A fourth man, Gabriel Arias of Lynn, pleaded not guilty to misleading a criminal proceeding and was ordered held on $20,000 bail.
Middlesex County prosecutors say the men decided to rob 22-year-old Quintin Koehler, believing he'd have marijuana and cash at his home. But they say Koehler and a witness discovered Bradley, Estabrook and Lin in the kitchen and Koehler was shot in the head. The four men then allegedly fled.
The men were indicted by a grand jury earlier this month.
