Waltham Chinese food delivery driver carjacked, robbed

WALTHAM, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A Chinese food delivery driver was carjacked and robbed while making a delivery early Sunday morning.

Waltham police said the driver was delivering food at 148 Ash Street when two men approached him and possibly showed him a gun. Police said the men took the money out of the driver's wallet and then took off in his car.

A short time later officers found the driver's vehicle and using a Massachusetts State Police K9 unit to track one of the suspects to 18B Myrtle Street.

The man was identified as 33-year-old Luis Fuentes. He was charged with armed robbery, armed carjacking, assault by means of a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.

Police had not found the second suspect.
