Can America's debt crisis be solved with a single coin?

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
There's a new push for an unusual and very simple solution to America's debt crisis: a single coin worth one trillion dollars.
The idea is that the government is allowed by law to mint platinum coins of any value. So, the coin would be made and then deposited in the treasury to give the country more debt wiggle room.
But critics say such a drastic measure could lead to massive inflation.
Of course, the real question is: whose face would go on the coin?
