From FOX 25 Meteorologist Kevin Lemanowicz:
Cold nights and mild days are the norm this week as the January
thaw settles in. It will be more like a January thaw and freeze. The jet
stream is surging northward, allowing warmer air to stream in.
Daytime
temperatures will be above 40 all week, with a shot at 50. Those 50s are
almost a sure thing by the weekend, including for the Patriots game Sunday.
Now, the sobering
news....winter is not done. You will feel another Arctic surge next week
by Tuesday. The cold air will be hanging around once it gets here, so
we'll have to watch for potential snow makers.
