West Broad Elementary School was placed on a partial lock down Thursday afternoon after police say a student reported possibly seeing a suspicious person outside of the school.
School officials say all students were accounted for and safe.
Police tell FOX 29 the partial lock down started after a student reported possibly seeing a masked person outside.
Investigators say the threat was unfounded.
Police responded in large numbers and used a helicopter to help with their search.
