PHILADELPHIA -

Exclusive video shows chaos outside of one of Philadelphia's busiest neighborhoods Saturday night.

Video sent to FOX 29 shows a crowded area along 2nd Street in the city's Old City section just as several bars were set to close.

A group of men and women can be seen yelling at each other and fighting while gathering around a white Chevy.

People are then seen on the video beating and kicking the car.

A man, dressed in red and black, is then seen getting out of the car holding what witnesses describe as a gun. The video shows the man approach another group fighting in the street.

A shot can then be heard as more people move in.

More screaming and more struggling are seen, along with pushing, pulling and punching.

It's at this point that police arrive and try to beak up the fight.

The man in red and black is seen on the video allegedly going after an officer who can be seen pulling a stun gun and tasing the suspect. With the cables still attached, the man can be seen leading police on a brief chase.

The whole time, witnesses appear stunned.

"It was an all out brawl," one witness told FOX 29's Dave Kinchen. "There were at least like 20 people fighting."

You can watch the story in the video above.
