Joe's Produce in Livonia is looking for original and creative recipes for a little competition. All submissions should be recipes suitable for a Super Bowl party (appetizers, sides, main dishes, desserts are all eligible categories).
You can submit the recipe on Facebook by searching Joe's Produce Gourmet Market, or email them to stacy@235consultants.com.
Recipes must be submitted by Monday, January 28th at 8am.

Greek Lamb Sliders with Feta Tzatziki
Feta Tzatziki
1 cup Labna Middle Eastern Yogurt
¼ cup Fresh Mint chopped
¼ cup Fresh Oregano Chopped
¼ cup fresh chopped Scallions
Juice of ½ Lemon
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper too taste
Combine all ingredients together and serve with lamb sliders.
6- 2 Slider Buns from The Art of Bread
6- 2oz ground lamb sliders from Joe's Meat and Seafood Market
Season sliders with salt and pepper cook on flat top grill or in a sauté pan. Cook till medium-rare. Place on slider bun and top with feta tzatziki.
