Penn-Delco Bus Driver Arrested For Attempted Child Abduction

UPLAND, Pa. -

A Penn-Delco bus driver is in jail for allegedly attempting to abduct a young girl on Sunday afternoon in Upland.

Thirty-seven-year old Gregory Cornell, of Chester, also allegedly had over 150 bags of heroin, crack cocaine and a sex toy in his vehicle when he was taken into custody.

The victim, a 10-year old girl, was chased down 9th Street.  She was able to identify the perpetrator to the police.

Cornell was taken to Delaware County prison in lieu of 10% of his $150,000 bail.  A hearing date is unknown at this time.
