FRAMINGHAM (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A Framingham man was arrested Friday night for reportedly holding a female pizza delivery employee against her will.

Jonathan Quinlan, 42, of 1 Kendall St., was arrested at his apartment around 6:57 p.m.

According to the Framingham Patch, police charged Quinlan with kidnapping by confinement, indecent assault and battery on a person older than 14, and simple assault and battery.

According to the police, the 22-year-old Papa Gino's employee went to Quinlan's to deliver a pizza; however, when she went to leave, Quinlan blocked the door and did so every time she attempted to leave. She was held against her will for 40 minutes.

Quinlan was reportedly intoxicated and told the employee that he wanted to marry her and start a family with her.

Quinlan was arraigned Tuesday.
