Want To Be Happy? Turn Off Your Phone, Study Says

Do you want to be happy? Then turn off your phone!

A new study says the secret to happiness is concentrating on your friends and family rather than texts and emails.

They also say unless people change their behavior, they could suffer mental illness.

There are now conditions called "Internet addiction" and "phantom vibration syndrome," where you have a phone in your pocket and you may think you've gotten a text, but you really haven't.
