PHILADELPHIA -
A community is on edge as they await word on any new leads in the case where a woman quickly walked into an elementary school and abducted a 5-year-old girl.
Police on Tuesday released new surveillance video, which captured the moments before and after the abduction took place.
A camera perched at 61st and Larchwood in the city's Cobbs Creek neighborhood captured the woman with the girl as they walked further into the neighborhood. In the video, the abductor is seen carrying what police say is a distinct umbrella with a carved wooden handle.
Investigators are also looking for a teenager they believe to be named "China," who the victim says was in the same house where she was held captive.
FOX 29's Stephanie Salvatore reports the reward, which was $80,000, has now been increased to $85,000 as police search for their suspects. The additional $5,000 was donated by the Philadelphia Parking Authority. Organizers of the fund say the amount could grow as the investigation continues.
Residents on Tuesday night tell FOX 29 they are concerned. One neighbor described the feeling as "fear amongst the neighborhood."
Earlier Tuesday, FOX 29's Steve Keeley spoke with Michael Rosenberg, the new principal of Bryant Elementary School. Rosenberg was named to the position by district officials during a public meeting held at the school Monday night.
