Police makes arrests in stabbing of BU research assistant

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Police have arrested two suspects reportedly responsible for the stabbing and armed robbery that occurred at Pleasant Street and Browne Street on Jan. 29.

Wallace Vick, 19, of Dorchester, and Shaqone Cazeau, 29, of Boston are being charged with armed robbery while masked and armed assault with intent to murder.

Both men are being held on bail and are scheduled to be arraigned Friday at the Brookline District Court on Washington Street.

Police responded to the intersection, which is near the Boston University campus, around 8:30 p.m. The victim was a 30-year-old research assistant from the medical campus and was treated for superficial stab wounds.
