Authorities said after both suspects were arrested, Dawson took the officers to seven other locations in Mastic where he had stolen home heating oil.

Dawson of Medford, was arrested and charged with petit larceny, criminal trespass, and  possession of burglar's tools.

McCrae of Mastic, was arrested and charged with petit larceny and possession of burglar's tools.

The pair is scheduled to be arraigned in Central Islip on April, 3, 2013.  Police say the investigation is continuing.
