Khloe Kardashian is getting the "X" from the hit show "The X-Factor."

The reality star was asked not to return for the next season of "The X-Factor."

Kardashian co-hosted with Mario Lopez last season, and critics complained about their lack-luster chemistry.

Also leaving the show are judges Britney Spears and L.A. Reid.

"The X-Factor" returns to FOX 29 this fall.
