According to the study, 75 percent of us would struggle if we had to go one day without our electronic toys such as phones, laptops, or music players. The study also found that 1 in 5 people prefer to speak on the phone or on social media such as Facebook and Twitter rather than face-to-face!
It says the rise in portable devices has created a generation that has trouble switching off, with 25 percent of us checking emails and messages in bed, and 1 in 10 checking messages in the bathroom.
