
BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- The city of Boston is prepared to deal with a third consecutive weekend of snow, Mayor Tom Menino says.
"We will be out treating the roads before the snow, and our plows are ready to hit the streets this weekend," said Menino. "As usual, I'm asking residents to use common sense, and stay off the roads while snowfall is heaviest."
Heavy, wet snow is possible overnight Sunday through the early afternoon.
Menino met with members of his storm team. He said the Parks Department will be trimming trees and Public Works Crews will pre-treat roads and ready snow equipment across the city ahead of the storm.
