HOLYOKE, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A Holyoke Community College student was taken into custody by state police Tuesday after he reportedly made a threat against a family member and the campus.
Holyoke Community College was evacuated around 1:45 p.m. after officials learned of the "credible" threat. No one was injured during the evacuation, reports The Republican.
The community college reopened at 4 p.m. after the suspect was taken into custody at a Springfield residence.
According to The Republican, it is unclear whether the unidentified suspect will face charges.
The investigation is ongoing.
