"Not tonight honey... I have a headache." That excuse might not cut it in the bedroom anymore.

German researchers say sex might actually be a good cure for severe head pain.

In the study of migraine sufferers, researchers say 60 percent got total or at least partial pain relief after sexually activity. Doctors say the relief likely comes from the release of "feel good" hormones in the body.

But it didn't work for everyone. About 30 percent actually said sex made their pain worse.
