Drones are in the skies over Pakistan right now and also in the skies over Detroit. They can be used to help protect our safety, but they can also be used to kill.
Who should control them, and do we need new laws for this new technology?

And Rep. Tom McMillin, who is asking if drones pose a threat to our privacy and safety as more of them take flight.
