Man killed in Chelsea hit-and-run

NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

A man was killed when was the victim of a hit-and-run in Chelsea early Saturday morning. 

Police say 22-year-old Andrew Quinn of Mars Plains, NJ was struck while walking in a crosswalk at 12th Avenue and West 23rd Street around 2:55 a.m.   

EMS took Quinn to Bellevue Hospital where he was pronounced dead. 

Police have made no arrests and their investigation is ongoing.
