NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

Jury deliberations in the case of the so-called ‘cannibal cop' case will resume on Monday.

NYPD officer Gilberto Valle is accused of plotting to kidnap, kill and eat women. The jurors in the case began deliberating the fate of Officer Valle March 7.

The attorney's for Valle say he was only fantasizing but prosecutors say the 28-year-old officer was ready to act out those fantasies.
