The Philadelphia man who police say stockpiled handguns, rifles and pipe bombs in his Port Richmond home is now charged.
Nicholas Suozzo, 31, is jailed on $3 million bail. Police said he's charged with a slew of crimes, including possession of weapons of mass destruction and risking catastrophe.
Weapons were found during a narcotics raid on the 2600 block of East Thompson Street on Thursday.
Suozzo's due in court in April.
