PHILADELPHIA -
Bail was set at $250,000 for the man accused of sexually assaulting a woman on a SEPTA platform at the 15th Street station in Philadelphia earlier this month.
According to the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, 42-year-old Rafiq Smith faces Rape, Involuntary Deviant Sexual Intercourse, Robbery and other related charges.
The DA says Smith was arraigned Thursday.
Smith is accused of sexually assaulting and robbing a 54-year-old woman on March 6th.
