Actress refuses to leave Hamptons mansion

Posted: Updated:

NEW YORK (AP) -- An actress who once had bit parts in "Charlie's Angels" and "Starsky and Hutch" is refusing to leave her mansion in the Hamptons even though it's been sold.

The Daily News reports that 68-year-old Tara Tyson Kulukundis has locked herself in the $25 million Southampton house.

According to court papers filed in Manhattan Surrogate's Court, the house has been sold and the closing was scheduled for Friday.

The five-bedroom house belonged to the actress' late husband. Shipping magnate Manuel Michael Kulukundis died three years ago.

According to court papers, Kulukundis has barred movers from getting inside four times in the past month.

Executors of the estate are seeking a court order to force Kulukundis out.

The Daily News said her lawyer, Richard Rothberg, declined to comment on the case.
