Plymouth man accused of drunkenly hitting two men, fleeing scene
PLYMOUTH, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A 26-year-old Plymouth man is facing his second OUI offense for his alleged role in a hit-and-run accident that left two men with serious injuries.
Plymouth police tell FOX 25 Kevin Spencer is charged with leaving the scene of an accident with personal injury, operating under the influence of alcohol, and operating under the influence of alcohol causing serious injury due to negligence.
Investigators accuse Spencer of hitting a 27-year-old and 30-year-old man at about 2 a.m. Saturday. Both men were transported to Tobey Hospital with serious injuries.
Spencer is scheduled for arraignment on Monday. He is being held on $10,000 cash bail.
