Lynn middle school students accused of kicking classmates in head

LYNN, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A group of middle school students in Lynn are accused of kicking their unsuspecting classmates in the head as part of a so-called "game."

According to police, a 15-year-old Marshall Middle School student has been suspended indefinitely and charged with assault. At least four other students have also been suspended.

Police reported an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 11:09 a.m. Tuesday at Marshall Middle School. Police said that incident was not the first report of this type of behavior.

A group of students at the school allegedly had been recently playing a game the students called "Big Booting," which involves students kicking victims in the head.

Police are investigating.
