Lumberton Firefighter Injured

A firefighter was injured at a house fire today in Lumberton.

The fire started just after 4 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Landing Street. The fire went to one alarm, and was placed under control just after 5 p.m.

The injured firefighter suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to Virtua Hospital in Mount Holly.

No word on how the firefighter was injured or what started the blaze. No other injuries were reported.
