Complete Dorner 911 Manhunt Tapes Released

Posted: Updated:

San Bernardino County authorities released recordings of the 911 call that led to the fiery end to the manhunt for murder suspect Christopher Dorner in February.

Karen and Jim Reynolds went to one of their condo properties to ready it for the next renter. Instead of housekeeping, the couple came face to face with rogue cop, Christopher Dorner.

He promised not to hurt them, then tied them up,  gagged them and pulled pillowcases over their heads.  Still tied up, Karen managed to get to her phone and call 911.

The county's attorneys released the electronic recordings of the Feb. 12 call in response to a public records request.

The tapes contain more than 20 minutes of conversation between a female 911 dispatcher and a woman who called to report that she and her husband had been tied up by Dorner, who also stole their vehicle.
