Activists and rape survivors are outraged and have launched a petition, asking Reebok to drop Ross from its branding.
The organization behind the petition is called Ultraviolet. In their online protest, they say "by holding Rick Ross up as something to aspire to, Reebok is sending the message that raping women is cool."
Ross has apologized for the way his lyrics were interpreted on his Twitter page. So far, he still has a deal with Reebok.
Reebok's world headquarters is based in a 500,000-square foot facility in Canton. The company employs about 8,000 people around the world.
