LOS ANGELES, Cali. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Comedian Kevin Hart showed his serious side while speaking to a TMZ photographer after his Sunday morning arrest on DUI charges in Los Angeles.
TMZ reports Hart was arrested after police claimed he was driving 90 mph on the 101 Freeway at about 4:30 a.m. PT. Arresting officers claim Hart was "driving erratic" and "almost collided with a gas tanker truck."
Hart discussed the allegations made against him with a TMZ photog shortly after being released from police custody.
The photographer asked Hart about allegations that he resisted arrest. The comedian claimed when the officer was going to put handcuffs on him, he asked the officer to wait so he could take off his watch. According to Hart, that is when the officer said he was resisting arrest.
The comedian finished the conversation by apparently taking responsibility for the incident.
"I was actually drunk," said Hart.
