PLYMOUTH, N.H. (AP) — The 22-year-old son of Boston's Police Commissioner
is scheduled to make his first appearance in a New Hampshire courtroom on a
charge of operating under the influence.
Phillip Davis was arrested by New Hampshire State Police
Feb. 17 and charged with driving under the influence. Five passengers in his
car — all under the age of 21 — were charged with possession of alcohol by a

He issued a statement on the Boston Police Department's website after his son's arrest, saying his son
is seeking treatment and he is thankful no one was hurt in the incident.
