Brothers reunite for first time since Boston Marathon bombings

Posted: Updated:

(MyFoxBoston.com) – Two brothers who both lost a leg when two bombs exploded near the Boston Marathon finish line were reunited Monday for the first time since the race.

Paul and J.P. Norden hadn't seen each other in two weeks because Paul is hospitalized at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and J.P. is hospitalized at Brigham and Women's Hospital.

The family told FOX 25 the reunion was emotional and the brothers spent about an hour and a half with each other before parting ways.

The Nordens were part of a group of friends who were injured while cheering on another friend who was running the race.
