(MyFoxBoston.com) – The Boston Pops Orchestra is offering residents of Watertown complimentary tickets to their May 9 concert at Symphony Hall in Boston in light of the events that occurred in the town following the Boston Marathon bombings.

Boston Pops Conductor Keith Lockhart has invited Watertown residents to join the Pops for Fantasia in Concert taking place at 8 p.m. Thursday, May 9.

"All of us at the Boston Pops want to express our heartfelt best wishes to all members of the greater Boston community affected by the Boston Marathon bombings on April 15," Lockhart said.

The program features music and video excerpts from Walt Disney's Fantasia 2000 and the original Fantasia, the 1940 Technicolor masterpiece that has served as an introduction to symphonic music for music lovers of all ages.
