Use caution when choosing a solar installer

More and more people want to put solar panels on their home and sell power back to the power company.

That's what customers of Solar Deal USA thought they were doing. But one customer waited four months for the company owner to bother to send in the correct paperwork, while another wound up having company owner Willie Akers arrested when he pocketed her $10,000 down payment. She says he demanded even more up front money.
