All About Animals offers routine vet care at a 'low cost'

WARREN, Mich. (WJBK) -

In a nondescript building in a Warren commercial park, an amazing animal clinic and hospital called All About Animals is doing good work for pets and their owners.

"All the routine maintenance and care that your pet needs at a low cost," said Luke Murphy.

The mission is simple.

"Our mission statement is no more homeless pets," Murphy said.  "Pet overpopulation is the main cause of animals that are not owned and nobody wants, and that's why the shelters are overflowing."

Times are tight, and saving on the skyrocketing costs of vet care is so sensible, All About Animals has a state of the art mobile hospital.

"It's about a year old now, a mobile spay/neuter clinic, top of the line, 38 foot truck.  We go to all different areas," Murphy said.

Doctors at All About Animals do an astronomical number of surgeries compared to a typical vet's private practice, and that's not counting routine office visits.

"Vaccines, heartworm [testing], flea preventative, heartworm preventative, we do FIV and feline leukemia testing," said Leah Dudek.

In addition to the Warren location, All About Animals has wellness clinics in Auburn Hills and Detroit.  On certain days, you can just walk in to the clinics, and there are upcoming mobile events, as well.
