TROY, Mich. (WJBK) -

A 'stranger danger' alert has been issued after a series of incidents involving a man following women and teens in his car, exposing himself and making lewd comments.

Three of the incidents happened in Troy and one in Royal Oak beginning May 4.

The man is described as approximately 30-years old, although some of the witnesses described him between 18 to 35-years old and others 35 to 40-years old. He has short, dark hair, scruffy looking and spoke with a slight accent. He was wearing a navy baseball cap and red shirt.

Witnesses say the man was driving a red SUV, possibly a Chevy two door S-10 Blazer with spare tire mounted on the tailgate.

Anyone with information about the suspect or the vehicle he was driving is asked to call the Troy Police Department or the anonymous tip line at (249) 524-0777.
