NASHUA, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A Nashua man is accused of sexually assaulting an underage female who he knew prior to the alleged incident.
Aldo Batista Dos Santos is facing several charges that include aggravated felonious sexual assault, felonious sexual assault, and four counts of misdemeanor sexual assault.
Dos Santos' arrest comes after Nashua police received a sexual assault complaint on May 11. After conducting an investigation, police issued an arrest warrant for the 37-year-old.
Dos Santos faces up to twenty years if found guilty of aggravated felonious sexual assault, as well as seven years for felonious sexual assault and one year for each count of misdemeanor sexual assault.
The 37-year-old was released on $25,000 cash bail. He is scheduled for arraignment on June 6.
