Chef Curtis Stone Answers 'What's For Dinner?'

(FOX 11) If you're the working late, busy schedule type that finds it hard to whip up a healthy meal without a lot of time, Curtis Stone has a new cookbook cure. 

Today, he came to show us some easy and quick options for the dinner table from his fifth and latest cookbook, "What's for Dinner?"

Curtis and Maria went through two delicious dinner options and even had time for a little olive oil cake. Blueberry Bramble. Grilled Steak Broccolini with Parmesan tomatoes and olive Oil Cake with Strawberry Rhubarb Compote.

WHAT'S FOR DINNER? Delicious Recipes for a Busy Life  features 130 effortless recipes and scores of tips to make cooking fast, easy and fuss-free, resulting in a delicious meal every night of the week.
 
In WHAT'S FOR DINNER? Curtis breaks down his recipe selections according to the day of the week, giving each night's dinner a unique focus in order to create a culinary roadmap of timesaving kitchen solutions and doable dishes. For instance, his Monday menu ideas provide lighter meals to balance the indulgences of the previous weekend, while Thursdays provide flavor-rich recipes that won't break the bank.
