LOWELL, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Three individuals are facing larceny charges after being arrested for stealing flowers from a Lowell cemetery Sunday morning, police said.

Laura Rocha, 52, Joshua Rocha, 29, and Kristin Rocha, 28, will be arraigned Monday in Lowell District Court.

According to police, someone visiting St. Patrick's Cemetery on Gorham Street called authorities to report three people stealing flowers from graves at about 10 a.m.

When police arrived, they found the suspects with a van full of flowers.

All three of the suspects are from Dracut. Laura is Joshua's mother, and Joshua and Kristin are married.

Police said it appears they were stealing the flowers to either plant or sell.
