Pilot on flight to Boston asks if crying baby is Penguins' Sidney Crosby

Posted: Updated:

(MyFoxBoston.com) – A JetBlue pilot on a flight to Boston Tuesday overheard a baby crying and asked over the intercom if the crying was coming from Penguins captain Sidney Crosby, NESN reports.

Joe Haggerty, a sportswriter and Boston Bruins Insider for Comcast SportsNet, was one of many Boston-affiliated media on board the flight and tweeted about the event.

According to NESN, Crosby had come under fire during Games 1 and 2 of the Eastern Conference finals, which were both Bruins' wins, for complaining to referees.

The Bruins return to Boston Wednesday night to face off against the Penguins in Game 3.
