Framingham man indicted by grand jury in kidnapping, sexual assault case
FRAMINGHAM, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A 19-year-old from Framingham was indicted Wednesday for his alleged connection to the April 3 attack on a 15-year-old girl.
Nathan Williams was indicted by a Middlesex Grand Jury on charges that include aggravated forcible rape of a child, subsequent offense; kidnapping; assault with a dangerous weapon; indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years or older; and intimidation of a witness.
Williams is accused of attacking a teen who was walking down Gorman Road. Investigators allege he kidnapped the 15-year-old at knifepoint and forced her into a wooded area where he sexually assaulted her.
The 19-year-old was arrested five days later in Framingham and held without bail following a dangerousness hearing.
There is no word on when Williams will be arraigned in Middlesex Superior Court.
