FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski along with close to 1,000 men, women, and children "buzzed" their heads to show support for those fighting pediatric cancer.
The fourth annual Kid's Cancer Buzz-Off was held at Gillette Stadium on Sunday. The fundraiser was organized by One Mission, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support for children and families touched by pediatric cancer. Proceeds from the event benefit Boston Children's Hospital.
In three short years, the Kid's Cancer-Buzz Off has raised nearly $1 million for patients and their families. The organization is very close to hitting the $1 million just this year alone.
