CONCORD, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Twenty-nine underage individuals were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol after police broke up a large party on Concord Street in Concord early Sunday morning, police said.

Officers responded to the area of 46 Concord Street for a report of a loud party at about 12:30 a.m.

Upon arrival, police could hear loud voices and music coming from inside the home. Through the home's windows, police saw liquor and beer bottles, beer cans, shot glasses, and numerous individuals who did not appear to be 21-years-old.

Officers charged a total of 33 individuals with assorted crimes and violations. A total of 29 underage people between the ages of 16 and 20 were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. Of these, 27 were summonsed and released at the scene to a sober adult.

Six individuals were taken into full custody and processed at the police department.

Two residents of the home, 20-year-old Kyle Chisolm and 21-year-old Kyle Buffum, were also charged. Chisolm is charged with facilitating a drug or underage alcohol house party, and Buffum is charged with prohibited sales.

At least one other individual was later identified as having facilitated this party and will be arrested at a later date.

Due to the number of arrests, several different arraignment dates were scheduled for days in both July and August.
