BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) – MBTA Transit police have identified the three females accused of attacking an MBTA rider with bleach early Sunday morning. Two of them have been arrested.

The incident happened at about 2 a.m. on an MBTA bus that was traveling along Blue Hill Avenue.

The victim was said to have been minding his own business when the suspects threw what is believed to be bleach in his face. Police said the suspects then assaulted and robbed him and ran off. Other riders helped to flush out the victim's eyes.

Friday, Transit Police detectives said they arrested a juvenile from Boston and 22-year-old Lai Lawnnie Douglas, also of Boston.

Douglas faces charges that include unarmed robbery, mayhem, and indecent assault and battery. No details about the juvenile suspect were released.

Transit police say they have identified the third suspect involved in the incident.

Investigators thanked all those who contacted them with tips after the release of suspect photos.

An investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact Transit Police at 617-222-1050.
