But do you know where the Stanley Cup has been over the years? Here is a list of some of the craziest destinations.

The Cup was actually used at a baptism in Sweden back in 1996 when a player from the Colorado Avalanche used it as a baptismal font for his daughter.

After the Rangers won the Cup in 1994, Ed Olyzyk, a guy who loves the horses, took it to Belmont Park so Kentucky Debry winner Go for Gin could have a drink.

It didn't work. Go for Gin finished second in the Belmont Stakes a few days later.

In 1987, Mark Messier took the cup to the Forum Inn, a strip club in Edmonton. There are no pictures of the Cup inside the club.

The cup has also been in the bottom of Mario Lemieux's pool. This is one of the many times the Cup has gone for a dip.

The Cup has even gone to a war zone. In 2007 the Stanley Cup went to Afghanistan where soldiers were able to pose with it.
