25 years ago, Grant Show was a hot young soap actor, appearing on "Ryan's Hope" with his then girlfriend Yasmine Bleeth, who would go on to co-star on "Baywatch." Show isn't a daytime soap actor anymore, but now he's playing one on TV, on the new Lifetime series, "Devious Maids."

Grant joins Steve Edwards and Maria Sanson on Good Day L.A.

Fun facts about Grant:

  • He is a UCLA graduate where he was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.
  • His first major role was on the daytime soap opera Ryan's Hope, in which he played Rick Hyde from 1984–1987. During his last year on the show, he received a Daytime Emmy nomination for "Outstanding Young Man in a Daytime Drama Series".
  • Show's appearances on television attracted the attention of producer Aaron Spelling, who felt he had star potential and decided to cast him as Jake Hanson on a few episodes of the popular series Beverly Hills, 90210 in order to spin off the character as the lead in his next series Melrose Place.
  • In 2012, he starred in the movie The Possession, directed by Ole Bornedal, along Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Kyra Sedgwick.
