The GBI investigation of Douglas County District Attorney David McDade is heating up.

The FOX 5 I-Team has learned that the GBI is interested in $90,000 in seized drug funds McDade paid to his office manager to transcribe interviews.

The investigation followed on the heels of a FOX 5 I-Team report on how McDade spent seized drug money.
