Arrest warrants issued for two men accused of Fitchburg murder

FITCHBURG, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Police in Fitchburg have issued arrest warrants for two men in connection with the murder of Luis R. Rodriguez.

Dinkue Brown, 27, of Fitchburg, and Dax Gibson, 36, of Gardner, are wanted for murder, home invasion, and armed assault.

According to police, Rodriguez, 26, of Fitchburg, was found bleeding on a neighbor's porch at about 2 p.m. on June 21. He was taken to Leominster Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

Investigators believe Rodriguez was attacked at his home located at 72 Marshall St. and fled to 68 Marshall St. where he was found. The attack is not believed to be random.

The incident remains under investigation.
