When thinking of quick snacks, keep it simple! This mango-banana smoothie is great to start the day, or give you just the right touch to tide you over before your next meal.

Mango Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup peeled ripe mango
  • 3/4 cup sliced ripe banana (about 1 medium)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

PREPARATION

  1. Place ingredients in a blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
