CHATHAM, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Researchers tagged another female Great White shark in the waters off Cape Cod Tuesday.

OCEARCH researches named the 14-foot 2,300-pound shark Katherine. The name was inspired by Katharine Lee Bates, the Falmouth-born songwriter who wrote "America the Beautiful."

In July, OCEARCH researchers launched the largest Great White Shark expedition in the nation's history in the waters off Cape Cod.
